At the moment we ship to Spain (except Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal and Europe*. We are working to reach many more destinations soon so you can enjoy our products wherever you are 🌎.

How does our ordering process work?

1) Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all your details.. Thank you for trusting us 🙏🏼.

2) You will receive another e-mail as soon as we start preparing your order. It's getting closer .

3) When the package leaves our facilities, you will be sent an e-mail again indicating the estimated delivery date, your tracking number and a link to let you know where your package is at any given moment.. Yuppiii !!! 🥳

Shipment preparation

Our aim is to bring a smile to your face as you open that 🎁 package that you have so excitedly bought and that now bears your name.

That's why we don't skimp on care and detail to make your "unpacking" moment a "wow" moment.

We also know that every wait is a pain, so we do everything we can to make it as short as possible.

All orders received before 12:00 noon will be prepared the same day. After that, we will also try to prepare them on the same day, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it. However, the next day your order will be the first to be prepared.

Please note that if you place your order on a public holiday (national, regional or local) or on a weekend, it will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery deadlines

Nobody likes to have to wait for what they are longing to get their hands on. For our part we have negotiated the best conditions with our carriers to make the wait as short as possible.

All orders to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours (working hours) from the time the order leaves our warehouse. These times may vary if there is any incident in the delivery such as absence of the addressee, incorrect address, etc.

International shipments usually take between 8-15 working days, but it depends on each country. Please contact us for more information by sending an email to hello@lilyandtheapricot.com.

Please note that delivery time may be affected in times of high sales volume (Black Friday, Christmas, promotions, etc.) or special situations due to COVID or weather. It is possible that the transport companies may also be a little more saturated than usual.

Shipping process

Throughout the whole shipping process we will keep you informed directly from us, so you don't have to go through the sometimes tedious pages of the shipping agencies. We are here to make your life easier.

A first delivery attempt will be made and if you are absent at that time, the carrier will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain for 15 days in the delegation of your area so that you can pick it up. Collection Point Deliveries

We know you have a lot more to do than sit at home waiting for your parcel. To avoid you having to keep track of the day and time of arrival, we offer you the option of delivery at the post office of your choice.

It's as simple as choosing the "collection point" option when finalising your order and selecting on the map the post office where you would like to collect your order. We will let you know when your shipment is ready to be picked up and enjoyed.

Please note that:

  • The maximum period of permanence of the shipment in the Post Office will be 15 calendar days.
  • It is essential to present your ID card to collect your order.

Returns and exchanges

We try to do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, to err is human and we ask for your understanding 🙏🏼 . We provide you with a service 🆘 so that incidents do not turn into nightmares.

In case you receive a wrong, defective or damaged product, we are responsible for the whole process at no cost to you. We need you to inform us of the incident within 14 days of receiving your order.

We offer you 2 options:

  • Ask for an exchange for the same product.
  • Demand a 100% refund of the price of your product plus shipping costs if you have paid for them.

If you have changed your mind after receiving your order, don't worry. You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your order. We will still take care of everything, but in this case we will have to charge you for the return transport costs and the shipping costs of the original order.

To be able to return or exchange products we need them to be unopened and unworn. For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns of products that do not meet these requirements. They must be returned in their original packaging and properly protected.
